Ability
Section titled AbilityEach night, the Narrator asks you a question, you learn if you answered correctly.
Examples
Section titled Examples- John is the Traitor. The Postcog wakes up. The Narrator asks the Postcog: is John the Traitor? The Postcog says yes, and learns that they answered correctly.
- John is the Traitor. The Postcog wakes up. The Narrator asks the Postcog: is John the Traitor? The Postcog says no, and learns that they answered incorrectly.
- Jane is the Analyst. The Postcog wakes up. The Narrator asks the Postcog: is Jane the Traitor? The Postcog says yes, and learns that they answered incorrectly.
- 3 players are malfunctioning. The Postcog wakes up. The Narrator asks the Postcog: How many players are malfunctioning? The Postcog says 1, and learns that they answered incorrectly.
- The Postcog is malfunctioning. Adam is the Assistant. The Narrator asks the Postcog: is Adam the Traitor? The Postcog says yes, and incorrectly learns that they answered correctly.
How to Play
Section titled How to Play- Make sure to keep track of all the questions you’ve been given throughout the game, you might want to consider why the Narrator asked you a specific question on a specific night.
- Keep in mind that questions are not always binary yes or no questions, you could be asked any question the Narrator deems fit to ask. Using the principles of logic you can infer certain information about the game from whether your answer to a question was correct or not.
How to Narrate
Section titled How to Narrate- Each night, wake up the Postcog. Ask them a question of your choosing. Tell them if their answer was correct or not. Send them back to sleep.
